Kesar Kashmiri
No artificial ‘color’ or essence is present in it. The importance of saffron has been told in Ayurveda. Kashmiri saffron is red in colour. It smells like lotus.
There are three categories of saffron, in all the three categories, Kashmiri saffron is considered to be of the best category. Saffron contains amino acids, the intake of which develops physical capacity and sperm motility and due to the element called crocin, the property of increasing sexual arousal is found.
Drinking saffron milk brings changes in many hormones and also makes the mood romantic. Consuming saffron with milk reduces depression and stress levels and can help you sleep better. By consuming milk and saffron together, an element called Krastik present in it keeps the cholesterol level present in the body under control.
केसर काश्मीरी
ईसमे कोई आर्टीफीशीयल ‘कलर’ या एसेंस मौजुद नही है । आयुर्वेद मे केसर का बहुत ही अधिक महत्त्व बताया गया है । काश्मीरी केसर लाल रंग का होता है । यह कमल जैसे गंध वाला होता है |
केसर की तीन श्रेणी होती है तीनो श्रेणी मे काश्मीरी केसर को उत्तम श्रेणी का माना जाता है । केसर मे एमीनो एसीड होता है जिसके सेवन से शारीरीक क्षमता का विकास होता है और स्पर्म मॉर्टिलिटी और क्रोसिन नामक तत्त्व के कारण कामोतेजना को बठाने का गुण पाया जाता है ।
केसर वाला दुध पीने से कई होर्मोन्स मे बदलाव आते है और मुड भी रोमेन्टीक होता है । दुध के साथ केसर का सेवन करने से डिप्रेशन और स्ट्रेस के लेवल को कम करता है और अच्छी निंद दिला सकता है । दुध और केसर का एक साथ सेवन करने से ईसमे मौजुद क्रास्टीक नामक तत्त्व शरीर मे मौजुद कोलेस्ट्रोल लेवल को मेन्टन रखता है ।
